i'm thinking of getting a bike license
and then obviously a bike
here's my plan
go for IAP (industrial attachment programme)
get the measily allowance that they provide
then go take bike license
then after that see how much cash i got
which wont be alot la
maybe 1k++
then decide on what bike to get
everyone says that its dangerous and all la
and i tell them that is see how careful you are
then they say from behind car bang also die
and the argument can go on and on and on and on and........
here are some reasons why i choose bike
1) its a vehicle i can afford for now
2) i'm not a thrill seeker (i wont want to speed even on a open road)
3) i plan to do a degree while i work in the future (easier travel)
4) i am scared to to pillian ppl (cant handle the responsibility)
ok the 4th one not really a reason
its just to reassure a certain miss lavina joan d'cruz

its been awhile since i blogged
a few things have happened
on the 19th of oct 2006
my dog bibi passed away
he was about 10 or 11 years old
so sad to see him go
we got the vet service to bury somewhere at upper pierce
i know the spot he is buried
so sad that he's not here anymore
i still wander into the kitchen at night and try to avoid knocking his cage
which is no longer there
we brought it to where they buried him
i still look at the empty spot beside the kitchen before i leave the house
but of cos there is nth
i loved him so much

school's still on
all the modules look alittle tough
but they seem to be the type where you have to keep revising or practising
my tutors all seem fine
haven't met my Operations Management's tutor yet
cos the tutorial was on hari raya
the projects for this sem seem fine too
but of cos have to work hard for all the modules

today i donated blood for the first time

to be totally honest the inserting of the needles and all did not hurt

but when the blood was coming out of the big needle

i did feel like a hot sting at the area

overall i'm proud that i did it

and would definitely like to do it again when i can

(can only do once every 3 months)

lastly

the 23rd of oct was lavina's birthday

made her a gift

its this board that says 'Happy 18th Birthday'

with her name framed in the middle

and a bear that carries a flower at the bottom right corner

hope you like it

we watched the hindi movie which i wanted to watch

not bad la

i still like the kkkk (i dunno how to spell out)

today was the 1st day of my 4th sem in sch
4th sem sia
2 more to go and i get a diploma
so today was I.S day
my I.S for the 1st 6 weeks is Basic Conversational French
from 8am to 12pm
so had to wake up early today to go to sch
when i entered the class the teacher said "Bonjour"
so i turned and looked at him
then i thot i was in the wrong class
cos the teacher looked very very very like a typical singaporean chinese man
then he spoke again with a very strong accent and then i knew i was in the right class
at first i couldn't really understand what he was saying cos his accent very strong
but as the lesson progressed it was ok
he's quite funny la
and learning french is quite fun

its quite fun talking in french
cos its a new language
and its quite cool that we were able to converse with the teacher in french and actually understand what we were hearing and saying.

we have exactly a week to go till sch starts
i am looking forward to going back so sch
although the time table isn't very good
i feel motivated to study and do my best

i've kinda decided on my career path
i'm going to become a police officer.
i think i'm going to la
although its got nth to do with BIT
but the diploma will get me a sergeant rank when i go in
and i may have an opportunity to further my studies

i'm thinking about being a police officer because
i dun like the idea of sitting in front of a desk from 8 to 5
i would like to do smth which allows me to interact with ppl
this is what i heard from a friend and from my own research
first i'll go thru a 6 mth Police Officer Basic Course
after which i may be posted to what i wish would be a Neighbourhood Police Centre
thru their schemes i would like to futher my studies by getting an advanced diploma or degree
it is shift work 2 days on 2 days off
which means if today i do the 12 hour morning shift
then tomolo i'll do the 12 hour night shift
and then the next 2 days are off
this is what my friend told me
should confirm with him on this after he finishes his POBC
i'll do different things
like counter or patrol or other stuff like that
so to me its better than a office job.

i'm here to update after dunno how long
september didnt do much
cos lavina was having her attachment for 3 weeks
so we only saw each other for awhile after her work or so
then the last week we met up quite abit
today is children's day
which also means its constance's birthday
so it also means its 1st Oct
which means....i get my cash!!!!!!!
hahah
went to do contacts today
those monthly type
didnt know they would give me immediately
so learned how to put in and take out
many many tears were shed cos of this
not cos it hurts but just that i have very very watery eyes
i use dunno how many tissue sia
can roll into a ball and kick around sia
so after that went suntec walk walk see see
ooooo i like the liverpool polo tee la
but abit ex ah
so we shall see how
